Brianne Foster, APRN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Originally from Rural Pennsylvania, Brianne has lived in the Bradenton area for 7 years. Brianne chose to specialize in senior and family care versus other areas of nursing and healthcare because of her strong passion for wellness and care for the aging population. Brianne has worked in the medical field for over 15 years, before obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner License. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in 2014, then her Masters of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2020 graduating with the highest honors. In her spare time, Brianne enjoys traveling with her husband and son and experimenting with wildlife photography.

Autumn Stevanus

Autumn Stevanus, APRN, NP-C

Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Native to Florida, Autumn was born and raised in St. Petersburg. Autumn worked as a cardiac nurse for 7 years at both Bayfront Medical Center and St Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg Florida before receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in December 2017. As an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Autumn brings a high level of expert care to our aging senior population. Autumn is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She has also earned the Nursing Alumni Nightingale Award, and the Nursing Leadership Award from her peers and professors at the University of South Florida. In her spare time, Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, and trying new restaurants.

Regina Soderberg, APRN

A native of NY, Regina has called the West Coast of Florida home since the age of 3. She has worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years and the last 9 years as a nurse practitioner specializing in family care. Before receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida, she completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Miami. As a certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Regina brings expert and compassionate care specifically focused on senior living. Her care philosophy is centered on learning what each of her patients’ need and creating individualized care. In her spare time, Regina enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, boating and learning about Florida history.

Beth Domino, APRN, NP-C

Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Originally from Long Island NY, Beth has lived in the Bradenton area for the last 8 years. Beth began her career as an RN with a passion for geriatric nursing. She went on to earn her Master's Degree in Nursing from South University in 2018 and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Beth has always felt a calling to work with the senior population and feels that there is so much knowledge and wisdom to gain from our seniors. She is passionate about seniors receiving the best care possible and loves that she is a part of it. In her spare time, Beth loves relaxing with her Chihuahua Gus-Gus and trying new restaurants.

Julie Clement, APRN

Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Originally from Bakersfield, California, Julie has lived in the Bradenton area since her honorable discharge from the Army in 2007. Julie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and worked at Tampa General Hospital as an RN for nearly a decade. After graduating from South University in 2018 as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Julie found her true calling in senior care. She believes in the importance of honoring the history and experiences of seniors and finds great reward in providing them with exceptional care. Her commitment to bridging the gap in healthcare is evident in her role as a provider, where she strives to bring quality care to every patient she encounters.

Outside of her professional life, Julie is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether it's biking, kayaking, or enjoying the live music, she embraces the beauty and serenity of nature. Julie also cherishes the time spent with her loved ones, including her family and her two English bulldogs, Kobi and Frankie.

Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Erin has lived in the Bradenton area since 2020. Having worked as a Registered Travel Nurse for over 7 years, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. She shares a passion for senior care and believes in the importance of learning from our senior population. With her compassionate nature and dedication to providing quality care, Erin is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Moravian University in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philidelphia Pennsylvania. Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time at the beach with her fiancé and friends.

Daniel Johnson, MD

Daniel Johnson, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Johnson brings over 30 years of experience to our Coastal Senior Healthcare team. He graduated in 1982 from the University of Illinois with his Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry and earned his M.D. in 1986. Dr. Johnson specializes in general family medicine but has been involved in senior care and long term care since 1989. Originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois, he moved to the Bradenton/Sarasota area in 2007. As our Medical Director, he challenges our providers to keep up with the latest medical trends in care and is always available to consult with our providers and patients. When not caring for his patients you will find Dr. Johnson enjoying the outdoors while hiking or kayaking.
